Which Type of Anxiety Disorder Do You Have? 2010年7月27日
When you hear people talking about anxiety they quite often refer to it as an anxiety ‘disorder’. The medical profession tend to use the term ‘disorder’, usually in the context of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). Whilst these are all under the general blanket name of ‘anxiety’ these three different types of anxiety can have quite different symptoms. I’m going to take a look at just two of the disorders here, GAD and SAD, and go through the differences between them.
