Sometimes people might be feeling anxiety and think that they have an anxiety disorder, when in fact it could be something else entirely. Many things that we put into our bodies or that we experience can produce side-effects very similar to anxiety, such eating certain foods, not getting enough nutrients, taking prescription medication or suffering from certain diseases.
