Some people seem to get by no matter what happens. You’ve heard of them or met them, those who meet great tragedies, but who wake up the next morning and are still able to pick up the pieces and go on. Many of us just can’t do that. We worry, we hurt, we feel bad about things, we are tense and we are stressed. All this mounts up to an incredible amount of anxiety. Can we learn how to help anxiety? Is there something specific that we can do to start reacting like the people we mentioned above, who wake up and are able to shelve what happened and move on?
