Miscarriage of Justice

Ordinarily I’m not real big on Causes. But Bernard Baran has spent his entire adult life incarcerated for crimes that never took place, a victim of prejudice and greed on the part of his accusers and professional ambition on the part of venal prosecutors. A motion for a new trial is now in the hands of a judge in Massachusetts. The Bernard Baran Justice Committee owes over $100,000 in legal expenses, and that even though at least one dedicated attorney has come close to bankrupting himself through not only working pro bono for years on the case, but even paying other attorneys out of his own pocket. Go to the sites I’ve linked to, learn about this appalling story, and help if you can.
